We use the following courier services for our deliveries:

  • MNP

3. Shipping Timeframe

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days and for paid orders , after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery Time: Shipping can take up to 4-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
  • Any additional charges such as customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be indicated at checkout if applicable.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Delays: While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, please note that deliveries may be delayed due to political issues, country-specific regulations, or road conditions. In such cases, the delay will be attributed to the courier service and not Dua Pixels.
  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the respective courier service’s website.

6. Delivery Address

  • Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete to avoid any delays or misdeliveries.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • Out of Reach Areas: We do not deliver to areas or districts that are out of reach or not serviced by our courier partners, Trax and MNP. If your location is not covered by these services, we will notify you and cancel the order.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • Lost Parcels: If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us at info@duapixels.com , and we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Parcels: If you receive a damaged parcel, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for instructions on how to proceed.
